Welcome to SF Jeweler 305! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read them carefully to understand our policies and processes.
1. Order Process
- Payment Requirements: Full payment is required at checkout on our website. However, if you prefer to make a partial payment, please reach out via email, phone, or Instagram to arrange a custom payment plan.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, a cancellation will result in the retention of funds used to purchase materials, which vary by order.
- Order Modifications: Changes to orders are accepted before the piece is finalized. Upgrades from a plain lock to an iced-out lock will require payment of the price difference. Minor adjustments, like changing from yellow gold to rose gold, are free of charge if requested before the chain production in silver has started. While we strive to make all requested changes, we cannot guarantee them.
2. Payment Plan
If you choose our 50/50 Payment Plan:
- A 50% deposit is required upfront.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the piece and must be paid before shipping.
Failure to Pay Remaining Balance:
If the remaining payment is not completed within 20 days of the piece's completion, the following terms apply:
- The piece will be returned to manufacturing
- The materials will be repurposed for a new production cycle.
- Your piece will start the manufacturing process from the beginning.
- To resume the process, full payment of the total amount due will be required. Please ensure timely payment to avoid delays and extra processing time.
3. Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. This is because materials are immediately purchased, and labor is dedicated to crafting your custom piece as soon as work begins. By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
4. Customization Policies
We specialize in customized Cuban link chains, pendants, and rings and welcome a wide range of custom requests within these categories. There are no restrictions on customization options as long as the request falls within our product offerings. Please take note that any piece with moissanite, letters and or engraving is considered custom.
5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Repairs
- Custom Pieces: All custom orders are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Exchanges for Plain Pieces: Plain items can be exchanged within 48 hours if the label remains intact.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will repair it free of charge.
6. Shipping Policies
- Standard Shipping: We provide complimentary ground shipping on all national orders. For next-day delivery, an additional fee will apply.
- Signature on Delivery: If you would like signature confirmation upon delivery, please request it, and we will include this service.
7. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Next Day shipping is not covered; clients will be responsible for the extra charges.
Orders shipped outside of the US are not covered; clients will be responsible for the charges. These will be calculated and explained in the order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
8. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
SF JEWELER 305 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
SF JEWELER 305 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
9. Insurance Coverage:
We understand the importance of your order and strive to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. To provide peace of mind, we offer limited coverage for orders lost or damaged during transit. SF JEWELER 305 will cover up to 20% of the cost of your order in the event of a lost or damaged package.
To be eligible for this coverage, you must report the issue to us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide any necessary documentation, including photos of the damaged packaging and items.
10. Shipping and Handling:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
11. Content and Usage Rights
By purchasing from SF Jeweler 305, you grant us permission to photograph and post images of your custom piece on our social media and promotional materials. We will not share any personal customer information associated with the order.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on our website, you automatically accept these Terms of Service.
13. Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
14. Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
